Inspiring and Versatile Room Options for any Corporate Event  

Whether a classroom set up or breakout sessions, our flex spaces give you the ability to create the space you need to meet your needs and helping you grow your business, impress clients and foster employee satisfaction through premier meetings and events at Itasca Country Club.

Audio/Visual Equipment and Support

We provide basic audio/visual equipment for an additional charge. If you have additional audio/visual needs beyond what we provide, you are welcome to bring in your own audio/visual equipment and support or request to be connected directly with our local audio/visual partner.

Grand Ballroom

Our grand ballroom is truly an inspiring and gorgeous space, overlooking the golf course and welcoming in lots of natural light. You can use the entire ballroom for large meetings, special events, or holidays parties, or divide the room into as many as six different sections to run breakout sessions or smaller gatherings.

 

Full ballroom capacity: 300 guests.

Sectioned ballroom capacities: 25-100 guests

Lyons Room

The Lyons Room is a great space for  meetings, happy hours, or a comfortable place for your staff and guests to eat and relax in the middle of an all-day event. With huge bay windows and a full-service bar, you’ll enjoy both the beautiful scenery of the golf course and the functionality of efficient food and beverage service.
 

Capacity: 100 guests

Boardroom

Our private boardroom is the perfect spot for off-site leadership meetings, small group strategic sessions, or as a workspace for your employees who need to respond to clients or team members during an all-day event. The boardroom is equipped with a TV with AV capabilities and a full-size whiteboard.

 

Capacity: 10-12 guests

Patio Tent

During warm weather months, our open-sided patio tent provides a beautiful space for your staff and guests to eat and drink together in a casual setting overlooking the golf course. 

 

Capacity: 50 guests

Room rates and food beverage options

Each of our rooms can be rented for a half day (4 hours or less) or a full day (4 hours or more) with or without food and beverage service.
