FITNESS Center & YOGA Studio
Open Monday through Saturday from 6 AM until 10 PM and Sunday from 6 AM until 9 PM with member card access.
To gain access to the Fitness Center and Locker Rooms you will need a Member Card and to sign a waiver to access. You may pick up your Member Card from Jason. He will be available Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM to print cards - a picture is needed for each card. Please email a picture ahead of time or Jason will take your picture at the time of pick up. Two Member Cards will be provided complimentary for each Golf and Recreational Membership. You must be present in person in order to receive a card. Additional and/or replacement cards are $25 per card and will be charged to your Member Account.
AGE RESTRICTIONS - Please keep in mind no one under the age of 16 will be permitted in the Fitness Center. No one under the age of 16 will be permitted in the Locker Rooms without a parent or guardian present.
FITNESS CLASS – FULL BODY BLAST
Full Body Blast - build all around strength, increase stamina and burn fat in this full body circuit style class! Your instructor will take you through a series of core, lower body and upper body cardio/strengthening exercises. This class will be for all levels of exercisers.
Thursday: 6:00 - 6:45 PM
Friday: 9:00 - 9:45 AM
Instructor: Steve Curtin (Certified Personal Trainer & Certified Health Coach)
Golf and Recreational Members, registration is required for this class so be sure to register TODAY and come try it out!
