We are hosting our first annual ICC Family Carnival!

ICC will be hosting its first Carnival! This event will have carnival & fun fair games, an array of amazing raffle baskets, and the must-have carnival food items (funnel cakes, cotton candy, snow cones & more!)

Why Participate

This is going to be a fun carnival event for the whole family to enjoy! All proceeds will support AMITA Health mental health programs and facilities. Your generous support would help provide our community members with essential mental health, depression, anxiety, eating disorder and suicide prevention programs as well as critical updates to their facility in Hoffman Estates.

What’s Included

Carnival & fun fair games, access to great raffle baskets, food and beverage samples from various vendors, 19 foot inflatable slide, gorgeous scenery, t-shirt, SWAG bag (for adults 21+ only) & more!

Sponsorship Opportunities

We would be grateful for your contribution to our efforts to support AMITA Health and the Alexian Brothers Foundation through our first annual ICC Family Carnival. All event proceeds will be donated by the Itasca Country Club to the Alexian Brothers Foundation.

 

We have a couple different sponsorship opportunities for this event: Raffle baskets and our tiered (Bronze - Platinum) levels that will provide the carnival games and rides.

Raffle Basket Rules

-$200 Minimum Spent

-Must have a specific theme. Examples are listed below:

Movie Night, Wine & Cheese, Spa Basket, Coffee, Family Fun Night, Fitness, Candy, Dog or Cat Basket, Lottery Tickets

-We are seeking a minimum of 20 raffle baskets

-If you would like to donate a raffle basket, please contact Kellie@ItascaCountryClub.com with your theme as we want to avoid duplicate baskets

-All raffle basket items must be turned in by Thursday, September 2nd

-Staff from ICC will wrap all items into a basket
