Board of Directors - Committees

Itasca Country Club is a privately held member equity club governed by a member elected Board of Directors.  Each director oversees various aspects of club life and is dedicated to the future well being of Itasca Country Club.

	I have been a member of Itasca Country Club for 15 years and my family loves coming to the club for both golf and social events.  As Co-Chairmen of Itasca CC Green committee we advise and help coordinate with the Superintendent and Director of Golf to ensure the proper maintenance and development of the golf course and adjacent grounds regarding the quality and competitive levels the members desire.  This committee reviews the operation of all the property and makes appropriate recommendations to the Board of Directors concerning policy, budget and major expenditures and advises on the development, maintenance, capital equipment and capital project plans for the golf course, parking lots and grounds.

	I am the President of John P. Carbon Insurance Agency and have been in the insurance business for the last 36 years and utilize my strengths in customer service, communication and my ability to multi-task in my role of Entertainment Chairman for Itasca Country Club.  We are currently planning events with other board members, as well as the staff of the club, and I firmly believe successful member functions play a big role in club life at Itasca CC.  We are planning many exciting events for 2012, some are annual functions we all look forward to and others are new ideas that we are sure all will enjoy.  Let's all look forward to a very entertaining 2012 at Itasca Country Club.
