Board of Directors - Executive Committee

Itasca Country Club is a privately held member equity club governed by a member elected Board of Directors.  Each director oversees various aspects of club life and is dedicated to the future well being of Itasca Country Club.

	I joined Itasca Country Club in 1997 while the Lyons family still owned the club.  Two years later, I was asked to be part of a group to help facilitate the acquisition of the club by its membership.  Since then, like many of you, my family and I have had many memorable times here at Itasca Country Club.  I believe my 26 years of management and banking experience have been very useful in guiding Itasca Country Club in these economic times and to position Itasca Country Club for the future.

	What I enjoy most about Itasca Country Club are the members, which is the reason I am on the Executive Committee.  My goal is to help Itasca Country Club grow, be profitable and as successful as possible as we venture into the future.  As with my own business, I believe in paying close attention to the details, strong customer care and communication, cost management systems, creative marketing, skilled and experienced employees and an honest, straight-forward approach to protection of the investment of Itasca Country Club.  I look forward to a bright future for the club.

	As a managing member of an Itasca based accounting firm I deal with complex finance and tax issues on a daily basis.  I have worked with the Village of Itasca providing all accounting and treasurer functions since 1995 and have been a member of the Itasca Country Club since 1993.  I am honored to serve as the Finance Committee Chairman and lend my expertise in providing insights and solutions to the financial planning for the club.  I see a bright future for Itasca Country Club as we continue to move closer to reaching our membership and financial goals.

	I am an equity member at Itasca Country Club, served on the by-laws committee in 2006, the finance committee in 2007 and participated in the structuring of the Capital Plan for the club.  My business experience in owning and managing a variety of companies, as well as planning and executing corporate events at major resorts, provides a solid foundation for my role as House Committee Chairman.  Providing quality cuisine and first class service is our number one priority for our member's dining experience, as well as the banquet business at Itasca Country Club.  Myself, and the entire Food and Beverage staff are committed to excellence, positive results and a memorable experience for all.
